The Royal Ladies of Phi Chi Epsilon Sorority, Incorporated is a multicultural organization founded on November 12, 1990 at New Jersey City University in Jersey City, New Jersey. Our founders were three strong and dedicated women seeking unity and empowerment in every aspect of their lives. We are a local organization seeking to establish chapters at other universities soon.
The Royal Ladies of Phi Chi Epsilon Sorority, Inc. seeks women who share our beliefs, have a need to be a part of a diverse sisterhood and want to improve not only themselves but the community as well.
The Royal Ladies of Phi Chi Epsilon Sorority Inc. do not discriminate with regard to membership on the basis of race, creed, color, marital status, religion, national origin, age, military status, sexual orientation, disability, parental status, or political affiliation.
"Our mission is to empower women with a bond that emphasizes respect, loyalty, trust and honesty. Academic excellence is our main priority as it leads us to future success and advancement. Although we are Royal Ladies, we are humble in dedicating our time to community service activities.
